HR Systems and Data Specialist

Your contribution will be:

  • Designing userfriendly processes, guidelines, and documentation for HRIS including employee selfservices and manager selfservices with the collaboration of the HR Systems and Data Lead
  • Implementing HR systems with the collaboration of the HR Systems and Data Lead and Local HR Colleagues
  • Providing regular HR data reports and creating a dashboard for all units within HR
  • Analysing data to improve HR strategies and processes
  • Suggesting ways to improve the productivity and workflow for all units within HR
  • Providing support on the HR Systems by reaching out to the system provider and aligning with the IT department
  • Working closely with the HR Systems and Data Lead on further KPI and HR data statistics development
  • Maintaining HR system updates, development, and workflow customisation
  • Working on identifying improvement areas, recommending changes, and implementing functional solutions for HR systems

Your profile ideally illustrates:

  • Several years of experience working with HRIS systems
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including courses in HR management
  • English skills on a professional working level
  • Able to effectively partner with IT and nontechnical customers to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process requirements
  • Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes
  • Problemsolving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and managing data
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
