As Group HR Specialist you are shaping various HR initiatives, including:

  • ESG: Contribute to implement our HR Sustainability strategy.
  • Social Minimum Safeguards: Help us to ensure the EU social minimum safeguards requirements. Assist with a groupwide risk analysis and the monitoring of risk mitigation measures.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Enhance our groupwide salary benchmark structure. Analyze industry trends and develop an equal pay indicator with us.
  • Data Analytics: Use the power of data analytics to create strategic HR dashboards.
  • General HR

  • Background in HR with a passion for collaborating on groupwide initiatives or experience in Finance, especially in Controlling, eager to expand your skill set
  • Advanced Excel skills
