Qualifications:

  • 3 years working experience in a patent law firm or an IP / legal department of a company
  • Excellent time and deadline management in an environment of changing priorities
  • Ability to quickly analyze correspondence and determine necessary actions and applicable due dates
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to balance competing demands and interact efficiently with others
  • Comfort and familiarity with handling confidential information
  • Motivation to implement new systems and processes
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Valid EU working permit

We are required by Austrian law to post a minimum salary. The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 3.233;
- based on fulltime (40 hours per week); depending on experience and qualification salary can be negotiated. In addition, we offer a performance-related bonus payment and participation in our stock option compensation program.
