Responsibilities:

  • Real and active partnership with the business management by creating interface between Finance and the Business activities
  • Product Cost Controlling, IC-Price management, Working Capital Management
  • Analysis on monthly/quarterly reporting, provide commentary and supports in closing activities
  • Forecasting and support within the operative planning processes
- (budgeting)

  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (including preparation for disclosure of annual financial statements, accruals, provisions, depreciation, etc.) in close contact with the external tax advisor.
  • Annual financial statement audit (provisions, inventory valuation, accrual of invoices at the turn of the year, VAT, deferred taxes, corporation tax)
  • Close cooperation in a global team with the offices in Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania
  • Cash Flow planning in close cooperation with management
  • First contact person for external in order to payments, accounting and taxes
  • Act as a financial trusted advisor for management and project leaders
  • Ensuring processes compliance, optimization and continuous improvement
  • Communication and tasks coordination with the Shared Service Center located in Porto, Portugal
  • Preparation and checking of payroll including. Processing changes in the current employment relationship (ÖGK, AMS, etc.)

  • Finance & controlling experts and ambassadors towards other departments helping the leadership team to work with different kind of figures and create business advantages

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Finance & Accounting; planning experience; grasp of
- accounting theory

  • Profound understanding of local legislation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, commercial acumen, and cross
