**About the Role**:
- Vos responsabilités:
- En tant que Medical Lead, vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne se limitent pas:
- Fournir une expertise médicale à jour sur les produits et les pathologies, en agissant en tant qu'expert et référent dans le domaine thérapeutique concerné.
- Apporter une expertise scientifique dans le domaine médical, dans la recherche clinique et le développement et aux Affaires Médicales.
- Soutenir le développement clinique le lancement et la gestion du cycle de vie du médicament en étroite collaboration avec les membres des équipes cross-fonctionnelles (en particulier CRMA pour les études GDD) au niveau national, régional et global.
- Définir et implémenter la stratégie médicale de l'aire thérapeutique concernée notamment grâce à un plan stratégique médical intégrant les différentes activités médicales, dont un plan de génération de données nécessaires pour l'adoption clinique, l'accès au marché et répondant aux besoins des patients et des professionnels de santé.
- Dissémination des données & communication impactante : communiquer et engager la communauté scientifique autour des données scientifiques, concernant la pathologie et sa prise en charge.
- Veiller à ce que les meilleurs intérêts et les besoins des patients, des professionnels de santé et autres acteurs du système de santé soient intégrés dans stratégie médicale, toujours dans le respect de la législation et des exigences éthiques de Novartis.a

Exigences du rôle:
- Prérequis indispensables:
- Expérience significative dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Compétences prouvées en développement clinique et maitrise des Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques.
- Solides bases médicales et scientifiques et agilité pour maitriser des aires thérapeutiques différentes.
- Bonnes compétences en matière de planification et d'organisation.
- Excellentes compétences de communication et orientation client et patient.
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction médicale et scientifique.
Exigences souhaitables:
- Docteur en Médecine, Pharmacien ou détenteur d'un diplôme scientifique supérieur (PhD par exemple) ayant de solides connaissances scientifiques et médicales incluant la recherche clinique ainsi que de réelles compétences en termes de leadership, de gestion opérationnelle, d'analyse et de communication.
- Français et Anglais courants.
