YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and implement a stateoftheart groupwide learning & development strategy
  • Drive and support digitalization of main learning & development processes in collaboration with local HR and Digital HR Manager
  • Assess, develop, create and implement career paths and skill/competency matrix in close collaboration with business and local HR
  • Drive forward skill/competency based L&D (e.g. job families, job profiles, skill/competency framework) to develop current and future capability
  • Create and manage the L&D budget, ensuring that training operations are within defined budget
  • Develop KPIs to measure performance and effectiveness of implemented learning programs and ensure regular reporting according to internal and IATF requirements
  • Provide international best practice comparisons and benchmarks and supports knowledge transfer between local training departments

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed relevant education (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology)
  • Several years of experience in learning, training or people development in a global company
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional workshop facilitation competency
  • Stateoftheart knowledge of learning, training & development tools and trends
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinking, solution orientation and strong business acumen
  • Excellent English skills, German skills are considered as nice to have

  • We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position. According to our collective agreement, this is Euro 3.251,09 (fulltime basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed in a personal interview.
