About the role:


In this role you will lead complex and/or high impact technical process/product investigations, technical problem solving and improvement programs and projects across all business areas of the production site Vienna.


You will support the Vienna Site and Plasma Network for cross-products/sites' technical improvements and operational efficiency initiatives related to reliability, robustness, and uptime improvement.


How you will contribute:

  • Initiate and drive improvement programs (such as First Time Right initiatives and Maintenance Reduction Programs)
  • Promote harmonization and facilitate the implementation of best practices and knowledge sharing through a community of practice within Vienna across units and functions

What you bring to Takeda:

  • University degree in engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceutical science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience including handson experience in problem solving methods
  • Practical experience in using statistical analytics tools, project management and Lean Six Sigma methods (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience of crossfunctional teams
  • Basic GMP knowledge preferred
  • Resultoriented and strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Business proficiency in German and English
