DHL Air (Austria) GmbH is a new cargo airline founded in 2021, and is a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL) Group.

The prime focus of the airline is to operate for the EU network with a fleet of Boeing 757 aircraft.

The headquarters of the airline is located in Vienna, main crew base is currently in Leipzig, delivering our customer promise of Excellence.

During the course of a new project of adding four Boeing 767s to the existing fleet, we're looking forward to expanding our staff in Vienna.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the digital archiving of maintenance documentation and request required adaptations from contracted MROs.
  • Ensure the digital archiving of flight log pages in eCentral8 and AirVault.
  • MIS (TRAX) administration support

YOUR TASKS:

  • Digital archiving of maintenance documentation in Airvault law. aviation legislations.
  • Key User on eCentra8 (electronic logbook system).
  • MIS (preferred TRAX) & AirVault administrator
  • Ensure correctness of workorders, task cards, component labels and tec logbook pages prior archiving.
  • Support of planning and engineering departments in administrative tasks and projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Work experience in the airline industry and experience on technical records preferred
  • Willingness to get in touch with technical issues of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness regulations
  • Serviceoriented working style
  • Flexibility and very good interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving capability and organizational skills
  • Sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Team player with excellent communication and integrator skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Airvault, Web Manuals and all kinds of Maintenance Information Systems (MIS), TRAX preferred.
  • Very good English and German knowledge
