Job Description

  • Diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations
  • Strategize team's technical objectives and long-term goals
  • Offer expert advice to ensure successful product adoption and growth of customer's footprint
  • Advocate for customers by understanding their goals, suggesting improvements, and providing necessary guidance
  • Deliver web-based training sessions to support organizational adoption
  • Identify opportunities for utilizing Dynatrace across different functions and processes
  • Provide coaching to TAMs to enhance their technical knowledge
  • Act as a primary technical resource for best practices and customer queries
  • Engage with customer support and Product management to ensure quick resolution of issues
  • Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • Stay updated on Dynatrace products and services
  • Document best practices for using Dynatrace
  • Collaborate with support engineers, PM, and R&D to assist customers and speed up resolutions
  • Offer insights and advice to technical teams on technical issues and potential workarounds
  • Understand customers' infrastructure and requirements to expedite issue resolutions
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive leadership
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior
  • Proven track record of dedication to team and customers
  • Ability to manage executive relationships and discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Excellent time management and self-direction abilities
  • Experience as Subject Matter Expert for Dynatrace technologies
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and solve complex technical issues
  • Professional Level Dynatrace certification
  • Two or more industry-relevant Associate Level certifications
  • Strong technical understanding in SaaS industry

Knowledge and expertise in technologies related to Dynatrace:

  • Cloud and new stack technologies like OpenStack, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Web and application server technologies such as Apache, IIS, WebLogic, etc.
  • Server-side technologies like Java Servlets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Mobile application technologies such as iOS and Android Webkit
  • DevOps toolchain applications like Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, etc.
  • CMDB/ITSM Technologies/platforms like ServiceNow, BMC, etc.
  • Customer service oriented with a belief in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability & Initiative
  • Success in strategic thinking and tactical execution for high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
