Das Bundesrechenzentrum (BRZ) ist der marktführende IT Service Provider im Public Sector und damit Teil der kritischen Infrastruktur, die Österreich auch in Zeiten wie diesen stets verlässlich am Laufen hält. Durch eine hohe Anzahl zusätzlich geplanter elektronischer Services für die Bürger:innen werden unsere Projektmanagement Teams ständig erweitert. Unsere Abteilung stellt das zentrale Projektmanagement des BRZ dar. In der Rolle als Projektmanager:in erwarten Sie spannende Projekte im zukunftsträchtigen Geschäftssegment der Digitalisierung.
In vielfältigen Projektthemen und breit gefächerten Produktportfolios werden beginnend vom Design/Konzeption und der Produktimplementierung bis hin zum bundesweiten Rollout neueste Technologien mit dem Einsatz modernster Projektmanagement
- sowie agiler Methoden kombiniert.
Zusätzlich bieten wir unseren Projektmanager:innen zahlreiche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Ausbildungen bzw. internationale Zertifizierungen-zum Projekt Management und der agilen Transformation.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenständiges Management beauftragter Projekte zur Erbringung der vereinbarten Lieferergebnisse unter Erfüllung der qualitativen, wirtschaftlichen und terminlichen Projektvorgaben
- Einsatz moderner Projektmanagement Methoden (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Hybride Modelle, etc.)
- Begleitung bei der Projektanbahnungsphase und Erstellung von Angeboten
- Sicherstellung effizienter und effektiver Projektkommunikation
- Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von der Analyse, Design, Entwicklung bis zum Test und Rollout in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Auftraggeber:innen
- Zeitgerechte Information der Stakeholder und ggf. Eskalation bei sich abzeichnenden Abweichungen zur Projekt-Baseline
- Projekt-Planung, Status Reports und laufendes Risk
- und Claim-Management
- Sicherstellen akkurater und vertragsgemäßer Liefer-& Leistungsabnahmen und deren Verrechnung
- Leistungs
- und Ergebnissteuerung von Projektmitarbeiter:innen sowie Coaching von Projektassistenzen und Junior Projektleiter:innen

Sie bringen mit
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Umsetzungsprojekten und in Koordinations
- sowie Kommunikationsthemen
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden und Projektmanagementtools
- Idealerweise Zertifizierung zur/zum Projektmanager:in (PMA Level C, PMI, Prince2, etc.)
- Kostenbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken
- Strukturierte Vorgehensweise, Belastbarkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick

Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung wird ein Jahreszielgehalt ab EUR 78.511,11 brutto all in bei vollständiger Erfüllung des Anforderungsprofils angeboten. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.
