Job Profile
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Program/
Project Management:
_
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of ongoing projects, identifying potential risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective monitoring frameworks to track strategic performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Data Collection and Analysis:_
- Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data (including geopolitical and economic developments) to inform strategic decisionmaking and benchmark/measure organizational performance.
- Develop data collection methodologies and tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights, identify trends, and support evidencebased decisionmaking.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Support the development and refinement of organizational strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to enhance strategic planning processes.
- Research and
Market Analysis:

- Conduct research on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in international development.
- Support the Director, Strategic Planning in any other assigned tasks and initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Project/Program Management, Public Policy Analysis, International Development, Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience, preferably at another development finance institution or strategy consulting firm.
- Recognized certification in Program or Project Management is an asset.
- Fluent in English. A good working knowledge of Arabic, German, Spanish, or French is an added advantage.

- Ability to work efficiently in a wellstructured, focused, timely manner.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data from diverse sources.
- Ability to monitor the implementation of projects/programs.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous and shifting demands, priorities and tight deadlines with the capability to work within specified time limits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including long form documents and PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience in dashboard development is a plus.
