What you will do:

  • Supporting the Origination offices in deal onboarding process. Assuring together with a highly motivated international team that the setup of related downstream systems for logistics, optimization, and invoicing is done in a timely and correct manner.
  • Interacting actively with various Origination offices from the East European markets for tasks like deal entries, booking support, clearing deal data, and other front office support tasks.
  • Working close together with Risk and Controlling to ensure correct PnL representation and serve as the go to position for additional enquiries
  • Work on various international MidOffice and Origination projects

What you bring & who you are:

  • University Degree in Information Science, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering
  • Experience in a similar role as a Mid office analyst or Business analyst
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience in the energy sector is an important advantage
  • OpenLink Endur or other ETRM systems knowledge is a plus
  • Assertiveness and ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Fluency in English and German, additional language skills is a plus
