We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT who will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and shaping the technological vision of our company.

Redefine the Concept of "Automation" in the Energy Sector

As the leader of our carefully selected team of experts, you will:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies in line with company objectives
  • Supervise the design, implementation, and upkeep of our IT infrastructure, covering cloud systems, IT security, and software
  • Offer guidance and assistance to our IT & cloud community
  • Act as a crucial advisor to C-Level executives on all IT & cloud matters
  • Lead and oversee the IT team, offering mentorship, training, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with various departments to address their tech requirements
  • Establish processes and deploy appropriate tools
  • Anticipate future necessities and align data, processes, and needs for upcoming phases
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for security and compliance
Requirements:

If you:

  • Bring over a decade of IT experience to the table
  • Have a track record in strategical IT planning and execution
  • Possess at least 5 years of team leadership experience
  • Display strong knowledge of AWS services & technologies (ECS, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Are proficient in shell scripting and Python
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of current and emerging technologies
  • Are fluent in English (German proficiency is a bonus)
  • Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities and a sense of humor
