Als Project Manager besteht deine Aufgabe darin, die Koordination von Stakeholdern und Prozessen zu unterstützen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Projekte pünktlich abgeschlossen werden und die gewünschten Ergebnisse erzielen.

Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest du aktiv an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten mit, und betreust und realisierst eigenverantwortlich Arbeitspakete. Wir suchen ein motiviertes Talent, das uns im Projektmanagement unterstützt.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**DIGITALISIERUNG**

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört es, verschiedene Digitalisierungsprojekte erfolgreich zu managen. Du unterstützt den Rollout und die Migration einer neuen Matter Management Lösung. Mit deiner Arbeit trägst du dazu bei, die User Journey des Matter Managements für die Rechtsabteilung weiterzuentwickeln und bist erster Ansprechpartner für alle Key-User vor Ort. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, das Requirements Engineering zu unterstützen, das Testmanagement sicherzustellen, die Datenqualität zu überwachen, Key-User-Support zu leisten und Benutzer zu schulen.

**REPORTING & ANALYSE**

In dieser spannenden Rolle identifizierst du relevante Insights durch Reporting sowie Datenanalyse und trägst so zur faktenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung in unserem Team bei. Du unterstützt uns bei der Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in unserer Systemlandschaft.

**PROJEKTMANAGEMENT**

Wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit, Projektmanagement-Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld zu sammeln, indem du agile Projektmanagementmethoden in der Praxis anwendest. Ein Teil deiner Rolle besteht in der Unterstützung bei der Bestimmung und Definition des Projektumfangs und der Projektziele, der Verwaltung eines detaillierten Projektplans und Überwachung des Fortschritts, der Bereitstellung von Projektaktualisierungen für verschiedene Stakeholder und der Nutzung bewährter Verfahren, Techniken und Standards der Branche während der gesamten Projektausführung.

**WISSENSMANAGEMENT**

Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung unserer Wissensmanagement-Initiative, einschließlich der Schaffung von Wissens
- und Einflusszentren in der gesamten Organisation, des Designs eines Intranet-Erlebnisses, das den Informationsfluss von Best Practices vereinfacht, der Förderung der Bereitschaft des Teams, die Arbeit in Standardvorlagen und -formaten zu dokumentieren und zu teilen, um dem Verlust wertvollen Wissens durch Mitarbeiterabgänge und Rollenwechsel vorzubeugen.

**Qualifikationen**:
1-3 Jahre Projektmanagement und damit verbundene Erfahrung

Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)

Erfahrung mit Datenbanksystemen, z.B. Stammdatenpflege von Vorteil

Technisches Verständnis und eine lösungsorientierte Einstellung

Ausgeprägte Vertrautheit mit Projektmanagement-Software-Tools, Methoden und Best Practices

Engagiertes, eigenverantwortliches, prozessorientiertes und sehr genaues Arbeiten

Effiziente Kommunikation und Leidenschaft für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen

Teamgeist und hohes Engagement

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2,041 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
