Internship International Off Premise Trade Marketing

As part of the Int. Off Premise Trade Marketing Team, the main priorities of the International Trade Activation Intern will be to support the Trade Activation team
in delivering a key part of the Off Premise strategic wheel, look like #1 in store. You ́ll be supporting the team in delivering shopper centric solutions and guidance that help Red Bull markets around the world win vs. competition.
We are looking for you to join us as of right now for a period of 6 months
TRADE ACTIVATIONS STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
As an intern you ́ll support Manager and specialist to update key global guidance across various platforms.
Additionally, you ́ll work with Global Product Marketing and external design agencies to support the creation of global POS Toolkits for Red Bull's global campaigns.
INTERNATIONAL IN-STORE THEATRE TOOLS
You ́ll support with providing feedback to Global Operations on the development of new in-store theatre POS tools planned for 2024.
DIE LINE DEVELOPMENT FOR LOCAL SOURCING
You ́ll review new and existing die lines and keep the die line menu page up to date so markets can focus on production and execution - "Get the markets 80% the way there".
DIGITAL TRADE MARKETING
You ́ll work closely with International E-Commerce team and product marketing to update guidance on how Red Bull should look like online, using in-store Global POS toolkits as a base for consistency.
Moreover, you ́ll do market research on digital space and what could be the future for Trade Marketing, gather requirements and identify gaps.***
Qualifications:Studying or have a university degree in Marketing, Sales and Communication or similar.
Experience in Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing or Digital Trade Marketing preferably FMCG experience.
Demonstrate planning and project management and management of different stakeholders.
Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances.
Flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
Additional Information:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.095,00 gross per month.
