In this position, you act as the personal assistant to the Global Head of On Premise, take over all coordination related topics, and first and foremost make sure to showcase & leverage the world of Red Bull in a targeted way.


Areas that play to your strengths:

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Personal Assistant to Manager:

Monitoring and autonomous management of Direct Manager's mail account

Manage approval process for all Direct Reports, close monitoring and in alignment with Manager

Creation of PowerPoint presentations

Budget Management:

In charge of Global On Premise indirects budget including comprehensive planning, close monitoring, accounting and approval of invoices

Project Management:

Planning, budgeting, coordinating and reporting of International Flagshipbar Concept to ensure top notch appearance at leading events and festivals in Europe

Create unforgettable "in real life experiences" for B2B to showcase & leverage the world of Red Bull in a targeted way

Calendar Management:

Coordination of all meetings, appointments and workshops to ensure efficient time management

Travel coordination:

Coordination for flights, hotels and visas

Partly accompanying the manager to trips/meetings

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in project management/ meeting coordination/ PA
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as s trong oral presentation and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated, selfdirected, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fastpaced team environment
