**Unternehmensbeschreibung**:
Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales On Premise Teams in Österreich sind wir auf der Suche nach einem/r engagierten Assistent/in. Die Position ist in Voll
- oder Teilzeit möglich (mind. 24 Wochenstunden).

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position unterstützt du das Field Sales Team, das Key Account Team sowie das On Premise Marketing Team bei der Umsetzung von Projekten sowie bei allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Du erstellst Reportings und Präsentationen, bearbeitest die eingehenden Anfragen und bist Ansprechperson für externe Partner & Kunden.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Administration**

Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen samt deren Ablage

Generelle Unterstützung der Außendienstmitarbeiter in allen Belangen zur Sicherstellung eines erfolgreich agierenden On-Premise Teams

Bereitstellung von Vorlagen für Vereinbarungen und Verträge, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Legal Department

Administrative Unterstützung bei Personalthemen (z.B. Vorbereitung des Onboardings und Equipments)

**Kommunikation & Koordination**

Unterstützung der Manager in der Koordination und Kommunikation mit dem On Premise-Team

Ansprechpartner für externe Kontakte und Bearbeitung von externen Anfragen

Ansprechperson für Internationale Kontakte innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

**Organisation**

Kontrolle und Überarbeitung der Reisekosten in Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung/Controlling

Einkauf, Verwaltung und Koordination von Merchandise-Artikel

Mitarbeit an definierten Projekten und Aufgaben in Abstimmung mit dem Manager

**CRM Tool (Bullchecker Application Manager)**

Nationaler Ansprechpartner für unser On Premise Sales-Tool

User Support und Trainings, Schnittstelle zu IT und Internationalen Abteilung, Reportings, Datenaufbereitung und Datenpflege

Erstellung von wöchentlichen und monatlichen Berichten

**Qualifikationen**:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK / HBLA Matura)

2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Assistent/in, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen, oder Gastronomie Erfahrung

Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Organisationstalent und Einsatzbereitschaft

Verlässlichkeit, Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit hoher Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.029 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
