**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen
- Technischer Support für unsere Serviceteams im Außendienst (First Level Support)
- Analyse systemischer Störungen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen
- Auftragsprüfung von Serviceaufträgen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Erstellung von Angeboten und technischen Berichten
- Teilnahme am Schichtdienst
**Ihre Qualifkationen**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrik/Elektronik
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich von Windenergieanlagen von Vorteil
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
