**Shared Subprocess Fulfill Orders Manager, % (w/m/d)**:***
**Worum geht's?**
- Gemeinsam seid ihr für den Subprozess "Fulfill Orders" verantwortlich, der mit der Auftragserfassung beginnt und mit dem Zahlungseingang der Kund:innen endet
- Ihr entwickelt den Subprozess weiter und koordiniert das Fulfill Orders Panel
- Ihr koordiniert die internationalen Aufgaben, den Informationsfluss und die Synchronisation der einzelnen Schnittstellen der Teams mit unseren Kolleg:innen weltweit
- Ihr entwickelt und kommuniziert die Strategie und Jahresziele für des Subprozesses
- Ihr seid Mitglied des Lead Operations Teams - ein Team, das die Vielfalt von OMICRON widerspiegelt

**Was bringst du mit?**
- Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung (z.B. als (Teil-)Projektleiter:in, Teamlead, Functional Lead)
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich dieses Prozesses
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist offen, kommunikativ und reflektiert und lebst unsere Führungsgrundsätze & Werte
- Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für internationales Networking und die Bereitschaft zu reisen (im Rahmen deiner Möglichkeiten)
- Du beherrscht die englische Sprache
