We are currently looking for a

Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) (m/w/d) – Rare Diseases

to join our Sales team in Austria at the earliest opportunity.

The BCM works both in the field and in the office, taking on the responsibilities of a product manager and key account manager. In this highly autonomous and entrepreneurial role, the BCM is responsible for developing insight-based strategic plans, tactical implementation, promoting our HAE portfolio, and directly engaging with key medical professionals to enhance care for HAE patients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Account and network management within the relevant target group (mainly dermatologists) across Austria.
  • Developing value-driven partnerships and projects in collaboration with KOLs and relevant stakeholders to enhance the patient journey and create value in the HAE ecosystem.
  • Continuous collection of actionable market, customer, patient, and competitive intelligence.
  • Strategic and tactical planning, including execution and performance monitoring.
  • Implementing relevant Omni-Channel Engagement (OCE) tactics from the Brand Plan, personalizing interactions with HCPs, and regularly reviewing data to deliver effective customer experiences.
  • Developing and executing campaigns and customer journeys to differentiate and promote our HAE portfolio, providing valuable disease information to our target audience.
  • Defining, forecasting, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Careful management of the allocated advertising budget.
  • Close and effective cross-functional and cross-country collaboration to leverage synergies and best practices.

Your Qualifications:

  • Certified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in (pharma) account or sales management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in (pharma) product management.
  • Experience in Rare Diseases is advantageous.
  • Strong and demonstrable IT skills (especially MS-Office/Teams), extensive experience with multichannel tools, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to approach customers individually and offer solutions based on their needs.
  • Openness, willingness to innovate, and think unconventionally.
  • Highly motivated, optimistic, and resilient personality.
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Driver's license, Class B.

For this pivotal and rewarding role, the minimum salary is € 3,922.15 gross/month (full-time, chemical industry collective agreement). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
