• Handling maintenance and repair tasks within the hotel premises
• Resolving guest-area issues promptly with effective solutions
• Planning technical work independently
• Conducting safety and fire protection inspections, documenting any issues found
• Supervising technical inventory
• Maintenance and repair of all areas under the Technical Department

This role falls under the collective agreement for the hotel industry in pay group 3, but the actual salary is based on your qualifications and could be higher.
