SPAR ICS ist die IT-Gesellschaft der SPAR Österreich-Gruppe und kümmert sich um sämtliche IT-Belange von SPAR, INTERSPAR, Hervis, und SES Spar European Shopping Centers.
Wir sind über 600 kluge Köpfe und haben zwei Agenden: Das reibungslose Einkaufserlebnis aller SPAR-Kundinnen und -Kunden in 8 Ländern und die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse "hinter den Regalen" im Konzern.

- Proaktive Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Strategische Ausrichtung des Teams und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Infrastructure Platform
- Ansprechpartner:in für alle inhaltlichen und technischen Team-Anfragen auf internationalem Level
- Übernahme des Partnermanagements für unsere Betriebspartner:innen
- Ressourcen
- und Budgetplanung im Team

**Du überzeugst mit**:

- Abgeschlossener Ausbildung im IT-Bereich und/oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Disziplinäre Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Projekt
- und Anforderungsmanagement
- Proaktivität und hoher Motivation für eine stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen und unserer Infrastructure Platform
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen: Datacenter Technologien (Compute, Storage, Backup), Betriebssysteme (Linux, Windows) und Automatisierung (IaC) sowie Cloud-Diensten (Azure)
- Eigenverantwortlicher und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
