Marketing Automation Manager (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist countries in implementing and embracing centrally provided marketing automation processes
  • Support and collaborate with stakeholders, offering trainings and workshops on campaign setup, enhancement, and execution across various complexities
  • Work closely with platform business and product owners
  • Provide valuable insights and strategic direction on developments and stakeholder requirements
  • Develop, oversee, and enhance email marketing campaigns of diverse complexities and scales to engage subscribers and drive conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, derive insights, and suggest enhancements regularly at both country and group levels
  • Regularly report group performance to key stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, strategies, and best marketing practices to create data-driven campaigns for overall sales expansion

Your Profile Summary

  • Background in marketing automation in B2B or B2C settings
  • Proficient in utilizing automation tools like SAP CDP, Marketo, HubSpot
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Emarsys or Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Adobe and/or Google analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of email marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Adaptability to the evolving marketing landscape and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • A growth-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment with new strategies
