Project Manager Automation (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Methodical analysis, description, specification and economic evaluation of production areas which could be automated
- Standardization of machine and machine specifications
- Compiling of detailed technical specifications of automated solutions (full
- Preparing of conceptual drawings of possible automatized machines within AutoCAD and/or Inventor
- Leading of automation projects together with local plants
- Identifying of improvements of existing equipments and defining of improvement action
- Support preparation and implementation of investments
- Performing of factory acceptance tests at suppliers in Europe and site acceptance tests
- Continuously improving of existing machines to optimize it in terms of ergonomic and productivity
- Proven work experience in the area of leading automation projects
- Completed education in the field of engineering or similar
- Intensive knowledge and experience of defining automated solutions
- Good knowledge and experience of machine design and european standards (e.g. CE, machine safety standards, etc.)
- Good experience in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor to perform drawings
- Good knowledge of PLCs (Siemens) and electric components to specify a machine is an advantage
- Experience in electrical installation to be able to perform a factory acceptance test of the machine
- Good command of English, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe
