Pulp & Paper - Automation & Digitalization department in
Graz or Vienna, we are looking for a
Senior Manager, Automation & Digitalization Fiber (M/F/d).
Your Tasks
- Leading a team of automation and controls engineers to execute automation projects for the product group Fiber including mechanical pulping, panel board and SPRCF automation
- Responsible for the order execution ensuring a costefficient, ontime and qualityoriented processing of all orders from receipt of the order to handover to the customer. Escalate project issues as required
- Develop automation concepts and solutions for Fiber projects and products according to PP-AD and the KPRstrategies of the Fiber Product Group
- Taking care about the Fiber Automation budget and preparing yearly budgets based on department and divisional forecast
- Capacity and resource management in order to ensure the project schedule with internal and external HUB's or partners
- Continuously carry out improvement projects to increase the efficiency of the operational execution process
- Participate in the planning process of budgets, strategy and goals as part of PP-AD Management
- Ensure consistent flow of information from PP-AD Manager team meetings to the Fiber Automation Group
- Disciplinary leadership and technical guidance and development of employees
- Cooperation with other department groups in order to share resources and knowledge
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (Higher technical education institute, bachelor, or master's degree in electrical or automation engineering) and proven track record of leadership in automation and controls environment
- Alternatively a holder of a business administration/economics (or similar) degree must have strong experience background in automation engineering
- 5+ years of experience in project management, electrical and automation & controls, desirable in addition knowledge and experience of stock Preparation/mechanical pulping process lines and plants
- Deep technical background in Automation, Controls and Digitalization
- Proven working experience in project management
- Knowledge of processes and customer needs in the related product group (desirable)
- Technical understanding for machinery/engineering principles
- Finance and controlling knowledge
- Excellent English language skills (must have)
