Als Legal Affairs Advisor bei Austrian Standards kümmerst du dich schwerpunktmäßig um Themen aus den Bereichen Vertragsrecht, Markenrecht, Urheberrecht sowie Arbeitsrecht. Mit diesen Themen lassen wir dich allerdings nicht alleine. Im Team, aktuell bestehend aus drei Mitarbeiterinnen, meistert ihr gemeinsam den juristischen Alltag. Ihr arbeitet eigenständig an Fragestellungen, tauscht euch im Team dazu aus und hinterfragt kritisch. So gelingt es euch alle Themen optimal zu meistern

- Unterstützung bei allen rechtlichen Themen, insbesondere
- Vertragsprüfungen
- Erstellen neuer Verträge
- Urheberrecht
- Markenrecht
- Arbeitsrecht
- Bearbeitung von juristischen Fragestellungen und Mitarbeit an verschiedenen Projekten und Sonderthemen auch auf europäischer und internationaler Ebene
- Konzeption und Durchführung von internen Schulungen zum Aufgabenbereich
- Mitarbeit in weiteren Bereichen der Abteilung

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht
- Optimalerweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Proaktives, optimistisches Mindset und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Eine pragmatische Herangehensweise an juristische Fragestellungen sowie analytisches Denken
- Versierter Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**WAS DICH GEHALTLICH ERWARTET**:

- Für diese Position ist ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab € 1.800,00 (20h / Woche / All In) vorgesehen. Dein genaues Gehalt vereinbaren wir entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung im Bewerbungsprozess.
