**Medical Affairs Manager (m/w/d) - Onkologie**
**Schwerpunkt**:Mammakarzinom**
In dieser Funktion bist du für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung der Medical Affairs-Initiativen für einen Teil unseres **Brustkrebs-Portfolios** verantwortlich. Du arbeitest strategisch eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, verstehst und antizipierst deren Bedürfnisse und setzt diese proaktiv in Maßnahmen um. Darüber hinaus hilfst du dem cross-funktionalen Team im Bereich Mammakarzinom dabei, die gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen. Du förderst das R&D Team bei der Generierung klinischer Evidenz und medizinischer Erkenntnisse. Darüber hinaus schaffst du Vertrauen in unsere Produkte, um die klinische Praxis mit einem klaren, patientenorientierten Ansatz zu unterstützen.
**Deine Hauptaufgaben**
- Verantwortlich (Entwicklung und Ausführung) für die Medical Affairs-Pläne und das zugehörige Budget
- Proaktives Einbringen von medizinischem und klinischem Fachwissen und Erkenntnissen zur Markenstrategie für den erfolgreichen Launch
- Entwicklung und Verbesserung beruflicher Beziehungen zu externen Experten, Fachgesellschaften und Patientenorganisationen
- Organisation und Durchführung von medizinischen Veranstaltungen und Advisory Board Meetings, sowie Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen zum medizinischen Hintergrund der Produkte
- Bereitstellung wissenschaftlicher und strategischer Beiträge zu den Aktivitäten der MSLs (Mentor für MSLs)
- Sicherstellen, dass die eigenen wissenschaftlichen Kenntnisse über bewährte Verfahren und neue relevante Entwicklungen auf dem neuesten Stand sind
**Dein Profil**
- Hochschulabschluss in einem gesundheitsbezogenen naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, z. B. MD oder PhD
- Gutes Verständnis der Entwicklung und Ausführung von Medical Affairs-Plänen; Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Onkologie und Mammakarzinom sind ein starkes Plus
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pharmabranche, vorzugsweise als Medical Affairs Manager oder Medical Advisor; Erfahrungen in der klinischen Forschung werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der lokalen regulatorischen und Marktzugangsanforderungen im Zusammenhang mit Medical Affairs-Aktivitäten.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Medical Advisor, Medical Manager oder MSL
