We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of cancer data management and ensuring the success of our Oncology - Cancer Registries product.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OnkoZert, ADT-GEKID, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and drive innovation.
  • Work closely with development teams to specify and validate product requirements, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Provide clinical and functional guidance to development teams and adjacent areas, such as documentation.
  • Drive continuous product evolution through innovation opportunities and market needs.
  • Manage product communication with customers, services, and management.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team environment with open communication and collaboration.

Your Qualifications:

  • Medical Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the oncology department of a German hospital.
  • Subject matter expertise in oncology and related domains.
  • Market knowledge in the oncology IT sector.
  • Self-motivated product manager with a passion for optimizing results for customers.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in agile projects.
  • Strong affinity for IT topics.
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Mathematics and statistics knowledge is a plus.
