Product Manager Oncology Cancer Registries

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in Bonn, Trier, Vienna, or remotely in Germany or Austria. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that cancer data are collected, documented, and transferred in a structured way to the national cancer registries.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement product roadmap and strategy
  • Communicate with OnkoZert, ADT-GEKID, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze, prioritize, and implement market requirements and trends in healthcare
  • Specify and validate development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers, and development teams
  • Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas
  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
  • Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management
  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization
Your Qualifications:
  • Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the oncology department of a German hospital
  • Subject matter expertise in oncology and related domains
  • Market knowledge in the oncology IT sector
  • Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
  • Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects
  • Strong affinity to IT topics
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
  • Mathematics and statistics knowledge is a plus
