We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our Oncology team in Germany or Austria.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies to meet market requirements and trends in healthcare.
  • Collaborate with OnkoZert, ADT-GEKID, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analyze market requirements and prioritize development tasks to drive innovation and growth.
  • Work closely with development teams, UX designers, and end-users to specify and validate development requirements.
  • Provide clinical and functional guidance to development teams and adjacent areas, such as documentation.
  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product to meet innovation opportunities and market needs.
  • Manage communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment with an open communication culture.

Your Qualifications:

  • Medical Science or Engineering degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the oncology department of a German hospital.
  • Subject matter expertise in oncology and related domains.
  • Market knowledge in the oncology IT sector.
  • Self-motivated product manager with a passion for optimizing results for customers.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in agile projects.
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude.
