Canon Regional Expert

About This Role
As a Product Specialist at Canon, you will be responsible for creating product training materials and delivering product training to internal teams and external partners. You will maintain current knowledge of Canon's product offerings and competitors' products, identifying and staying up-to-date with photo video industry trends in the region via regular market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new product launches with the support of Product Business Developers and Marketing
- Create content and materials customized to the specific needs of the target audiences
- Provide technical product expertise and act as the product's specialist in the region
- Support marketing to deliver the right messages to the right customers with the right media to create maximum demand
- Lead the Canon Academy program to educate end users about our products in cooperation with Canon Ambassadors and speakers
- Manage, coordinate, and track product samples inventory and loans to internal or external users
- Serve as CPS Professional support to Canon accredited photographers during special events and support CPS program initiatives
- Manage the relationship with Canon Ambassadors
- Support the local teams to demonstrate product capabilities at touch & try events for partners or end users
Requirements
This role requires a strong understanding of digital imaging products and a proven track record of delivering product training and launches. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

How You Will Work
You will be based in the CCEE region and will be responsible for developing and executing product launches and training programs. You will work closely with the Product Business Developers and Marketing teams to ensure that product launches are successful and that customer needs are met.
