Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist for Canon CEE

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Canon CEE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR services to line managers with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of the recruitment process, including conducting screenings, interviewing, and recommending candidates for employment
- Coordinate contracting and onboarding procedures across the region
- Develop and implement Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives to promote Canon as an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring the quality, integrity, and timeliness of HR department's data
- Support core HR processes such as performance management, salary reviews, employee surveys, and processing employee inquiries
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to continuously improve regional HR processes and systems
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
