We are looking for a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team and help us scale our recruitment efforts. This role focuses on commercial hiring with an eye on tech recruitment, ensuring that we attract and onboard the best talent to drive Eversports' growth.

About the RoleAs a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles and support tech hiring. You will optimize recruitment processes, implement workflows in Greenhouse, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals, build strong candidate pipelines, and track key hiring metrics. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
About You- You have experience in full-cycle recruitment, with exposure to tech hiring (developers, designers, etc.) and ideally in start-up/scale-up environments.
- You are fluent in German and English; Spanish or French is a plus.
- You possess strong skills in sourcing strategies, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and data-driven recruitment.
- You are an exceptional stakeholder manager with the ability to build trust across teams.
- You have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for creating great candidate experiences.
We offer a competitive minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 3,000,- (based on a full-time basis of 35 hours) and a range of benefits, including:
