Job Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to various stakeholders within AOP Health. This position involves providing expert advice on HR-related matters, driving business growth through effective talent acquisition, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and HR teams
- Source, evaluate, and hire top talent from around the world, ensuring diverse skill sets and perspectives
- Design and deliver engaging recruitment marketing campaigns to attract the best candidates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive employer branding strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or international setting
