Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support the Research Institute for Biomedical Artificial Intelligence.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will involve developing job advertisements in compliance with Austrian labor law, managing international search, application management, and candidate communication. You will be responsible for establishing unbiased and fair assessment processes, creating employer value proposition, and ensuring smooth transitions and handover of work tools, know-how, data, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop job advertisements in compliance with Austrian labor law
  • Manage international search, application management, and candidate communication
  • Establish unbiased and fair assessment processes
  • Create employer value proposition
  • Support visa and residency/work permits
  • Ensure smooth transitions and handover of work tools, know-how, data, and quality standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good understanding of Austrian Labor Law (advantage)
  • Excellent English communication (must)
  • Good German communication (advantage)
  • Knowledge of academic research institutions (advantage)
Work Environment

You will be part of an interdisciplinary and international team, working with experienced colleagues. The role offers 1 home office day per week.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
