Human Resources Specialist

A trusted HR Business Partner will support Canon CEE HR core processes and services, focusing on talent acquisition and strengthening the employer value proposition in our region. This role is critical in driving business growth through effective HR strategies.



  • Provide strategic HR services to line managers, focusing on talent acquisition and onboarding, to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Conduct thorough recruitment process screening, interviewing, and recommend prospective candidates for employment based on their skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate contracting and onboarding procedures across the region to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Develop and implement Employer Value Proposition Initiatives to promote Canon as an attractive employer in the market, enhancing its reputation as a desirable workplace.
  • Maintain accurate job descriptions, organisation charts, logs, and reports to ensure the quality, integrity, and timeliness of HR department records.
  • Support HR core processes, including performance management, salary review, employee surveys, and employee enquiries, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to improve HR processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
