Job Title: International Human Resources Specialist


At the IAEA, we are seeking an experienced International Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our staff in their professional development and growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, organize, and implement training and learning activities for staff
  • Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance on HR management principles and practices
  • Assess performance issues and propose solutions

Requirements:



  • University degree in human resources management, social or behavioural sciences, public or business administration
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in training and learning activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning techniques and training methods
