Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance staff performance and productivity.
  • Conduct performance management and coaching to support staff growth and development.
  • Collaborate with international HR teams to develop and implement HR management frameworks.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in human resources management, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on learning and development and performance management.
  • Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of other official IAEA languages an asset.
