Human Resources Data Analyst

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a skilled Human Resources Data Analyst to join its team. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that provide actionable recommendations to the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to identify key trends and patterns
  • Develop predictive models to forecast future HR needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify key questions where data-driven decision making can bring the biggest value
  • Develop and maintain data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Relevant experience in data analysis; programming skills in Python or SQL
  • Understanding of HR practices and processes
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with regression, correlation, and predictive analytics
