Internship Opportunity in Rewards Management

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rewards Management team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and development of reports and statistics on various HR key figures, as well as data analysis and reporting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of decision papers and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Support the team in local and group-wide projects
  • Collaborate with internal customers and other departments
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting
Your Background
  • Ongoing studies in economics, human resources, or data analytics
  • Excellent data analyzing skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Advanced IT and MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
