Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Join the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina as a Human Resources Assistant and contribute to the delivery of support activities and processes that require careful assessment, interpretation, and selection of various courses of action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver support activities and processes that require careful assessment, interpretation, and selection of various courses of action.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of the Mission's learning and development plan.
  • Organize learning activities, trainings, workshops, and onboarding new staff.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for the induction of new Mission members.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Performance Management Process (PMP).
  • Undertake research on HR-related issues and provide support to the supervisor in the preparation of statistical analysis and reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary education supplemented by formal training in human resources management, general administration, or in teaching adults.
  • Minimum five years of working experience in human resources administration and development or related area, preferably in an international environment.
  • Prior experience in coordination and delivery of training courses and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of human resources policies and practices in the area of staff development and in administering a broad range of HR actions.
  • Professional fluency in English and in local languages with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills.
  • Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
