Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Iventa. The Human Management Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business operations and ensuring the effective management of our human capital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Manager in all administrative matters on an international level, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational education or ongoing studies with an HR focus.
  • First professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.
