Job Description

As a Data Insights Specialist for Human Resources, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision making within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic recommendations.
  • Partnering with various stakeholders to identify key questions where data-driven decision making can add significant value.
  • Developing predictive models to forecast future outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and reliable data infrastructure.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis, including programming skills in Python or SQL.
  • A solid understanding of HR practices and processes.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including regression, correlation, and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
