About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Erste Group Bank AG. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision making when it comes to people.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations to the business
  • Partner with various stakeholders to identify key questions where data-driven decision making could bring the biggest value
  • Develop predictive models to identify future outlooks
  • Develop and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Relevant experience in data analysis; programming skills in Python or SQL
  • Understanding of HR practices and processes
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with regression, correlation, and predictive analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
