Data Protection Specialist

As a Data Protection Specialist at DataGuard, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers on a daily basis, providing advice on data protection, legal, and technical topics. You will work independently on customer projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and support the Customer Support and Product Engineering departments in implementing customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on data protection, legal, and technical topics to customers
  • Work independently on customer projects, applying your knowledge and expertise
  • Support the Customer Support and Product Engineering departments in implementing customer feedback
  • Learn from experienced colleagues and stay up-to-date with German, Austrian, and European case law

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional experience in data protection law, in-house or from a consulting perspective
  • Good command of English and other foreign language skills an advantage
  • Competent, courteous, and professional in dealing with clients and colleagues
