Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Specialist to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the internal IT department to customise and maintain our established database solutions.
  • Develop and refine reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability by managing and validating data.
  • Develop and implement new methods and tools to optimise existing and future financial processes.
  • Design and develop detailed dashboards, reports, data views, and analyses for various reporting purposes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to improve and expand our toolbox.
  • Work closely with other departments to optimise processes and ensure effective data utilisation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in analytical software, such as Excel, R, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with database solutions, including SAP, Oracle, and MS SQL, is an advantage.
  • Initial experience with programming, including VBA, PowerShell, and Python, is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
