Business Transformation Manager with a Focus On

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical expert for D365, providing guidance on its implementation, customization, and optimization.
  • Understand internal clients' financial and business processes, and provide recommendations on how D365 can be used to support and improve these processes.
  • Configure, customize, and develop solutions within D365 to meet the business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Perform data analysis and mapping, and design and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
  • Develop training materials and provide training to endusers to ensure successful adoption of D36
  • Thinking in the endtoend process, understand how data flows withing the landscape
  • Create needed stories to get decisions from senior stakeholders, lead escalations and come up with mitigation approaches.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest D365 developments and technologies, and proactively recommend enhancements and best practices to clients.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Strong understanding of financial and business processes, and how they relate to D36
  • Experience with configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within D36
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and mapping, and designing and executing test plans.
  • Ability to develop training materials and provide training to endusers.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
