SAP Transformation Manager

Your Responsibilities
  • Leading strategic end-to-end projects focused on transforming existing systems into innovative S4/HANA environments in Vienna and surrounding areas
  • Acting as a key link between the company and clients, conducting specialized workshops, developing tailored concepts, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions
  • Playing a central role in evolving the consulting and service portfolio to meet current and future customer needs in the SAP S4/HANA domain
  • Leading project teams, fostering team development, supported by extensive HR resources and training opportunities at Wavestone
Your Profile
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation or re-design projects in leadership positions
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a practical understanding of business requirements
  • Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects is advantageous
  • Good communication, presentation, and moderation skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
