The team "Group Remuneration and Reporting" is part or Group People & Culture department.

The responsibilities of the Remuneration team include:

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance in remuneration topics and performance management.
  • Designing groupwide policies and procedures for remuneration topics (such as reward structures, LTIs, employee share programm, etc.)
  • Advising the Group HR community on all aspects related to remuneration
  • Ensuring remuneration related disclosure requirements are met
  • Prepare, align and defend information provided to internal and external auditors (ECB, JST, FMA, OeNB, Sparkassenprüfverband, etc.) on national and Group level
  • Participating in various projects within Erste Group from remuneration point of view
  • Group Remuneration Reporting and other Group HR Reporting
  • Grading system
  • Performance management
  • Overall remuneration, including benchmarking and remuneration for executives

Your Tasks:

  • Build and maintain a solid knowledge base of remuneration related regulation and market trends
  • European as well as national and international reward trends
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
  • Involve in development and implementation of various remuneration scheme, including executive remuneration and expats
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Responsible for expatriate remuneration policy together with other departments (e.g. legal, payroll), including the implementation and the roll out to the countries
  • Implementation of international assignments
  • Maintain regular contact with other departments involved in the mobility process including legal, payroll, controlling, HRBPs, recruiting etc.
  • Collaborate and interact with tax advisors and local remuneration/expat experts colleagues in all countries
  • Actively supporting the talent management and recurring team regarding mobility and expat aspects
  • Continuously develop specific knowledge related to Mobility topics (e.g. visa, social security, tax)
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and procedures

Your Background:

  • You have knowledge in remuneration and mobility, including executive remuneration
  • Having strong skills in analysis, presentation and cooperation are solution, detail
- and quality-oriented and strong in data analytics

  • Having a university degree in business studies or similar
  • You gained at least 2 years of working experience in dealing with tax and regulations
  • Liking to work in a team and enjoy challenges
  • You are a reliable, flexible and stress resistant person
  • You are able to understand different perspectives
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Having very good communication skills
  • Maintaining and handling confidential information appropriately

  • The minimum wage for this fulltime position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 36.514;
