**Study Start-up Manager (M/F/d) - Schwerpunkt Studienverträge**

Als Study Start-up Manager wirst für die Vertragsverhandlung mit Kliniken und niedergelassenen Ärzten zuständig sein. Der/die Stelleninhaber:in fungiert als Ansprechpartner:in für Studienzentren und die Projektleitung und berichtet an den Director Site Management & Monitoring.

**Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten**
- Vertragsverhandlung mit Kliniken und niedergelassenen Ärzten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitenden
- Erstellung und Anpassung von Budgetübersichten und Verträgen zu einzelnen Studienzentren
- Funktion als Kontaktstelle und Schnittstelle mit der Rechtsabteilung und Einarbeitung der Empfehlungen in die Studienverträge
- Proaktive Kommunikation mit der Projektleitung und den Studienzentren
- Verantwortlichkeit für die Koordination der Vertragslogistik
- Sicherstellung des zeitgerechten Abschlusses der Studienverträge
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines Dokumentationssystems für Informationen aus den Verträgen
- Beitrag zu Prozessverbesserungen, Wissenstransfer und Best-Practice-Austausch

**Dein Profil**
- Bachelor in Life Science, Recht oder äquvalente Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der klinischen Forschung oder andere verwandte Bereiche
- Verständnis für grundlegende Studien
- und Prozessanforderungen
- Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Selbständige, effektive, und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, sowie Fähigkeit zu zielführender und souveräner Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Verhandlungsfähigkeit
- hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
